1. Where are fresh floral deliveries available?

Fresh floral deliveries are available in the greater Miami-Dade County area.

2. How often are hand deliveries made?

Floral deliveries are made every day, except Sunday. Orders placed within business hours will be processed that same day and delivered the next delivery date. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next morning and delivered the next delivery date. Same day deliveries are available on delivery days; however, these orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. that day.

3.Can I request a delivery date?

We certainly welcome local delivery date requests. Please use the calendar on the cart page to schedule all of your deliveries.

4. Can I request a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot promise requested delivery times. All deliveries will be delivered between 1pm and 7pm. Please send us an email or give us a call if you need delivery at another time.

5. What happens if the recipient or anyone is not available to receive the flowers personally?

If the recipient or anyone is not available to receive the gift box or flowers, they will be left at their front door (where flowers are involved weather plays a big role in our leaving the florals). The gift giver will be notified and it will be their responsibility to let the gift recipient know of the gift’s arrival. If the weather is not cool enough for the flowers, the flowers will be redelivered the next business day but the gift giver will be responsible for an additional delivery fee. Lucelo Flor will not be held responsible or liable for any stolen or damaged gifts subsequent to the gift’s drop off.

6. Are refunds or shop credits available?

Once orders are processed, the order is nonrefundable. If an order is placed but need to cancel it can only be done before delivery day and customer can receive a 90 day store credit.

7. What if my flowers or vase arrive damaged?

Lucelo Flor will replace any vase or flowers that arrive damaged, if and only if the recipient confirms same within 24 hours. Lucelo Flor, however, is not responsible for any damages or issues with the flowers or vase after 24 hours of delivery. Please note that florals are perishable and once they leave our environment, it is difficult for us to guarantee their life span.
